Our Leadership

CO-FOUNDER

Dave Schwartz

Dave founded Otoro with a desire to return to directly helping advertisers thrive amidst a rapidly changing media and commerce landscape. He most recently led the search advertising business at Criteo (CRTO). Prior to its acquisition by Criteo, Dave led all commercial operations at DataPop as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing to market the company’s semantic technology to optimize retail product catalogs. Prior to DataPop, Dave spent 5 years at Overture and Yahoo! driving adoption of performance advertising across a range of verticals. Dave has a degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA.

CO-FOUNDER

Tim Kennedy

Tim has spent 20+ years working with domestic and international strategic advertisers on their performance media campaigns. His passion for customer service, transparent communications and out-of-the-box ideas inspired him to establish Otoro Digital. Most recently, Tim served as Director of Account Strategy at Criteo, where he managed a tenacious team with a global spin. Tim launched his media career at GoTo/Overture/Yahoo, the Internet’s first pay-for-performance media channel. Tim graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Radio, Television, Film.

Aaron Dodez

Aaron has been in digital marketing for over 20 years, running acquisition marketing for multiple startups and mid-stage companies in-house, and later working at an early digital performance marketing agency where he managed a dozen-person team. Always seeking out new challenges and a broader understanding of the marketing space, Aaron was an early executive at Machinima, one of the first Multi-Channel Networks on YouTube. Later at RPA, his team ran social media and digital content strategy for large companies like Honda before building the agency's Digital Strategy department and working on Super Bowl Ads and award-winning digital-first campaigns. Aaron joined Otoro in 2022 as a Partner, and holds a M.A. in Marketing from Emerson College.
